Start with what your guests see first, and build from there.
Most couples start with a welcome piece, add the signage their day calls for, and finish with the small details that tie the tables together. There’s no set menu and no minimum — some days need one beautiful mirror, others a whole coordinated collection. Tell me what you’re planning and I’ll help you work out what will earn its place.
The welcome
The piece that greets your guests. A full-length mirror (£220), an arched mirror (£165), or a hand-painted canvas welcome sign (from £55).
On the day
The signage that keeps the day flowing. Order-of-the-day boards (from £55), seating and table plans (from £65), top table signs (from £55) and bar menus (from £45).
The tables
The details your guests sit down to. Table numbers (from £5, depending on material), hand-painted place names (from £2.50 per name) and guestbook signs (from £35).
The finishing touches
The pieces people take home. Personalised glassware (from £17.50 per glass) and hand-painted bottles (from £35).
Not sure where to start? Message me with your date and your venue, and we’ll put your day together from there.

The Whole Day Taken Care Of
The Ultimate Occasion
On the morning of your wedding, I’ll be there with my paints.
Everything else I make leaves my studio finished. This doesn’t.
I come to your venue on the morning of your wedding, set every piece in place myself, and stay with my paints in hand. If the seating changes at nine o’clock, or a name turns out to be spelled differently to the one on my list, it’s put right before a single guest walks in. Nothing printed can do that, and nothing delivered the day before can either.
What the day looks like
- A visit to your venue before the day — to see the light, the walls, the space each piece will sit in, and to settle what goes where.
- A complete hand-painted collection for your day, designed around your flowers, your colours and your venue, and agreed between us at that visit.
- A hand-painted invitation — an original, painted by hand, one of a kind.
- Setup at your venue on the morning, by me, with my paints — so anything that changes at the last minute is corrected before your guests arrive.
- Collection the following morning, so it isn’t anyone’s job on the night.
- A keepsake afterwards — a hand-painted frame for the photograph you choose, and hand-painted thank you cards to send.
A note about the invitation. Stationery is something I’m bringing into the studio properly, and this is where it starts. The invitation that comes with The Ultimate Occasion is painted by hand, as an original — not printed, not a template, and not something I’m offering anywhere else yet. If you’d like a hand of it in the rest of your stationery, tell me and we’ll talk about it.
Travel and staying over
Travel is included anywhere within sixty miles of my studio in Oxfordshire. If your venue is further than that, tell me where you’re marrying and I’ll work it into your quotation — distance has never been the thing that stops me.
Where the morning starts early enough that driving to you isn’t sensible, I’ll stay locally the night before. That’s included too. I’d rather arrive rested than arrive on time.
Price and booking
From £1,650
It starts there because no two of these are the same — the collection, the venue and the distance all move the figure, so I’d rather quote you properly than post a number and adjust it later.
This isn’t one I can take at short notice. Your date is blocked out in my diary from the moment you book, and I only take two or three of these a year, so it needs planning well ahead.
The deposit
Booking is a 25% deposit once you’re happy with the design. It’s non-refundable, and I’d rather say why than leave it sitting there: taking your date means turning other couples away for it.
