Everything I make is made to order, so timings matter as much as the design. Here’s how long a piece takes and how it reaches you.
How long it takes
Standard: 3–4 weeks from the moment we approve the design.
That’s from design approval, not from your first message — the conversation beforehand takes as long as it takes, and I’d rather not rush it.
If you need it sooner
Rush service: one week, +20%.
If your date is closer than my standard lead time, ask. I can sometimes take a piece on at a week’s notice for an additional 20%. It depends entirely on what’s already in the studio, so it isn’t a guarantee — but it’s always worth asking.
Rush orders are paid in full when the booking is made, rather than on deposit.
Mirrors and larger signs
Mirrors and larger signs are collected from OX10 or delivered by hand within a 20-mile radius. Because these pieces are painted on glass, I prefer to place them into your hands myself rather than trust them to a courier. If you’re further afield, please get in touch — I’ll always try to find a way.
Canvas and welcome signs
Canvas and welcome signs aren’t fragile, so these can be posted. Get in touch and I’ll work out the postage for where you are.
Smaller pieces
Smaller pieces go by tracked next-day post.
Postage
Postage isn’t included in any of my prices. It depends on the size of the piece and where it’s going, so I’ll always confirm the cost with you before anything is booked.
